Havasu here we come! (at least on the weekends)

Well, some of you know that we went to Lake Havasu City last weekend to look at homes. It was a very interesting trip. We looked at 4 homes. 2 were nice and the other 2 were trashed. We ended up putting an offer on the last one we looked at. Over the course of this last week, we received a counter offer and re-countered. On Thursday, I got the call that our counter offer was accepted. We are supposed to close escrow by the end of March if all goes well with inspections. The house is great! It needs some cleaning and paint but we got a good deal on it. We can't wait to go out to the river with our friends. So, since we will be going to the river more often, we thought Jonathan would need a vest. Check it out! The house is great. It was built in 1991 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Best of all, the garage is HUGE! Plenty of space for a boat and lots of room for all of our friends to sleep. Can's wait!

Congrats! That's really exciting. I'm sure Jonathan will grow up making lots of memories on the river :)

Woooo Hooo!!! You guys got a house on the river how cool is that! We will have to go with you guys some time. Brad bought Breven his first lifejacket when he was 2mo old and we didn't get to use it right away but it was good to have. We are going to have to set up a trip sometime so we can let the kids play(Brad and Thomas) and then our babies can play!

Congrats to you both!!
